What is a seat?
A seat belongs to one named person in your workspace. For signing, a seat is whoever sends or signs. For websites, a seat is one site you can keep published — three seats is three live sites.
Do I need a separate CRM?
No. Contacts comes with the website at no extra cost. Your contact form and your listing enquiries write straight into it, so the lead and the home it came from arrive together.
Do I have to buy both?
No. They are sold separately and neither depends on the other. Most agents start with a website.
Which MLS do the listings come from?
Websites are connected to the OmniMLS feed for your area today. Tell us your board and we will confirm your coverage before you buy.
What happens if I cancel?
Your work stays. A cancelled website stops being served publicly and goes back to a draft you can still edit; signed documents remain in your account.
Who in my workspace can buy?
A workspace administrator. They buy the seats and assign them to people, so a brokerage can pay for sites its agents run.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every monthly subscription carries a 30-day refund guarantee. Ask us within 30 days of your first payment for a product and we refund that payment in full.
What currency am I charged in?
US dollars. The amount on this page is the amount on the invoice.
